The Chemistry Calendar awarded as the best IYC 2011 activity in Sweden
Dec 01 2011 Latest NewsAt the closing ceremony of the International Year of Chemistry in Sweden, "The Chemistry Calendar" was awarded as the best activity!
The Chemistry Calendar is a joint project between Molecular Frontiers, Chalmers University of Technology, University of Gothenburg, Universeum and Untamed Science. Together we have during the International Year of Chemistry 2011 produced twelve videos, one for each month of the year, covering topics such as fashion, love, food and climate. Our aim has been to show how chemistry plays a role in our daily lives, but also to show ongoing research and a peek into the future.
