Dr. Eriksson earned her Ph.D. in biophysical chemistry from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden, in 1988.  In 1997 she was awarded the title of associate professor (docent) at the same university.  In 2003 she earned a master’s degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.  She is based in New York City.

Youth Win Prizes and Participate in Scientific Symposium  Jun 04 2008

The 2008 Molecular Frontiers symposium, "Energy and Nano: Emerging Molecular Science and Technology," featured not only first-rate lectures on this theme, but also a day dedicated to youth. Members of the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) responded to questions from the young participants.

Molecular Frontiers at 2008 Gothenburg Science Festival  Apr 28 2008

Molecular Frontiers again hosted an activity called "The Chemistry of Love" at the Science Festival in Gothenburg, Sweden. Some two hundred teenagers aged 13 to 15 visited the event.
